1 General Rules

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is offered on the first deposit of a new account at ph999, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 total must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• After receiving a bonus, the deposited amount cannot be withdrawn separately — both must be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
• ph999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

ph999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). The cashback terms and calculation method are at ph999's discretion and are subject to change.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

All bets will be considered valid only after being registered on ph999's servers. If a bet is not registered due to a disconnection or technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Result Confirmation

The data stored on ph999's servers is the final reference for betting results. The outcome of each game is governed by a third-party Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.3 Sports Betting

Markets available in the sports betting section generally include match results, run lines, totals, and other statistics-based markets. Odds are variable and may be updated at any time — the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.

6.4 Bet Cancellation & Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled, suspended, or officially declared void, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. The cash-out feature applies to specific games and markets — not to all bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph999 platform. Violation of these restrictions will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Colluding with other players during betting (Collusion).
